Pam and Mike groomed the trails this morning and report there was more snow than expected. We have some warm sunny days in the forecast but will be hopeful for some possible new snow Saturday night.
Moose warning
Caution! There is a cow moose with calf and also a bull moose in the area.

This from Mark last night:
The Elta trail system was fortunate to receive about 6 inches of snow this weekend into today. We were able to cover the ice, start smoothing the trails and in some places set track. It’s still early season skiing but a huge improvement over what we had a few days ago. Hope you can get out and enjoy.

This From Mark yesterday:
The trail crew compacted the last few days snowfall this morning. If we get the snow that is forecast this weekend we should be able to start setting tracks soon.
Grooming Report 11-6-24
The trail crew spent the last two day clearing downfall and compacting the trails. Skiing is amazingly good for early season.
It’s Snowing!!
Here’s hoping for ample snow this ski season. Looking forward to seeing you all on the trails when real winter gets here.
